You are very seriously *beeped*...
What you downloaded and executed is a serious malware/trojan infection which on its turn downloaded several password stealers, backdoor programs, loggers, etc... (which on their turn download other stealers).... and in the process stealing passwords and other vital info from you.
I hope for your sake that the creators of those malware aren't monitoring the stuff anymore which these trojans are sending to them.

When you're done installing Windows again, make absolutely sure you first visit
http://www.windowsupdate.com/ and patch Windows with all the latest patches, fixes and security fixes.
After that change all your passwords from everything you have a password for. Double check all your settings on online services (eg: mail services which have the ability to forward emails etc; it is possible that some hacker can still read your mails because he has set it to forward mails to his account. Or that they changed the 'secret questions' so they can still gain access; etc; etc. Thus check every little setting in every online service you use (mail, banking service, forums, blogs, etc)).
Use
legal stuff and stay away from illegal things as far as possible....
