This would be a good idea (i know how annoying it is) but the only problem is that Messenger doesn't read the registry all the time so it would either be all or nothing unfortunately.

So is anyone working on it? If its too hard, than we will try to ignore it, (ill try to ignore)

This happens to me too, if I sign in using a slow computer.
If I sign in using my laptop, the right part of the screen fills with toasts, and WLM freezes for 2-3 which means that I have to wait for 2-3 to actually start using WLM.

If I sign in using a fast computer, I can use WLM instantly, without needing to wait.

So, you see, it depends on your computer speed if you will see toasts when you sign in or not.
