Just incase you want to know the exact time till march starts in your time zone. But Patchy almost always means time in Patchyland (what I like to call PST - Patchou Standard Time) and it also means he could release it early in the morning on the 1st of march because that is what Patch does.
Only exception I can remember was the release of MP!L 4.00 which was set to time in GMT for a very special reason  (Patch is a genius btw ) [
