hi . does anyone know about a feature that give you pop up message when one of your contact is just looking at your card/ picture/or open the conversation window without starting conversation?

There is a script that tells you when somebody opens a "session" with you. this could mean that they opened a conversation, loaded your display picture or some other information about it
