it gives me this error, clicking ok opens some site in firefox that says i need IE5 or later, pasting the URL into IE6 does the same

Have you tried what the notification says? Go to Windows Update and install all critical updates?

i got it working all fine and nice now after getting it from messenger stuff(it has a different installer) but the problem now is that i can't undo messpatch and i ticked some stuff i don't want

What error does it give you? screenie?
