O.P. Huh?  Msg Plus Features not showing on a contact
It didn't show the Msg Plus Features on this user ONLY. It happen even on the previous WLM version (8.1). I've tried reinstall, still the same thing happen. Please help me, thanks :(. Currently using WLM 8.5 and Msg Plus 4.23.

right click on contact->Edit contact->card "contact"
Try to delete every e-mail address added in contact information... :)

No msg plus features in ONE SPECIFIC CONTACT This link is for GioSoul :P

very strange, greyed out functions And this is for Vortrack :)
