I don't think the world will end, for obvious reasons. Heard it too many times before .

Looking at this from a Christian point of view, No body can predict the end of time. " He will come like a thief in the night" We know he is coming but no one knows when.

Geographically speaking we are in a phase of global warming....you just said it yourself.....5 degrees hotter

it doesn't matter if it's 0.1 degree hotter, that's still warmer

An average rise of 5 degrees over a century is pretty hot when you consider the difference between 15 degrees and 20 degrees.  15 degrees is warm-ish....20 is nicely toasty

I think it's fair to say the world isn't ending and if it does then it's pure coincidence.....if you make enough guesses you're bound to get one right eventually, no need to get so het up about it

Did we not settle ages ago that the world is not going to end in 2012.  But if you die, I'd be thankful.

Do I have to count the countless amount of predictions of the end of the world.  When it comes to down to it, the world ends every day and starts again without you noticing it.
