Well if you're using MessPatch already, then what other things would you like removed?

The one thing this skin did was make the space at the bottom of the main window down to about 3 pixels rather than 8. *-)

I was actually thinking of something as compact as MirandaIM interface.

Also could it be possible to move the name/status to the bottom?
