But you said in your first post that it only shows when the window maximized so if someone were to never maximize their window they would never see ads.

I'm pretty sure that falls under the hiding ads section which isn't allowed (at least if you want to submit it to the database anyway)

No when you maximize the window you see the banner. See my shot....

And when it minimized the banner doesn't show. How do i get that fixed?

Setting the layout position to left or right causes that because of the layout type that the parent element uses. The only way you can prevent this from happening is by either setting layoutpos to top or bottom.
