Hi all

me and my friend downloaded the new MSG Plus

i installed it and it worked fine

but for him

nothing worked

he got his own windows in E

i told him to check for that msimg32.dll

he told me he found it

this is a picture from his own windows



he doesn't have any plus picture

i did some search but nothin seems to work

and sorry for my English if there was any mistakes

Try to get him to remove the skin by using the following parameter

code:

/PlusSkin=deafult

---

Add this at the end of the "target path" when you right-click -> properties. (don't forget the space).

After they load it, i recommend removing that or else they will keep removing any skins they add.

Hopefully with the default skin they will be able to see the two buttons.  Please let us know how it goes.

Thats because skins have to be made for Messenger 9 specifically and since nobody has done that yet that is why they don't work. It's up to the skin maker not Messenger Plus! itself.

i know i`m just saying that Skins doesn't work

so Plus is already gone to Default

and already no old skins are installed

Does your friend have Sweet IM or Smiley Central installed.  If so, please take a look at this...

Since Plus! doesn't work for him, then (!VER) wouldn't work.

Hmm, didn't think of that

But I'm just wondering if they installed the wrong version by accident.

The link in the thread goes to the main download page and the big 'DOWNLOAD' button does not link to the latest version of plus, the small "here" link does.

Ensure that they ues this link:
