My friend has a problem. Every time she accepts webcam to someone, or they accept it to her. Her laptop freezes and she has to turn it off and switch it back on.
She has Messenger Plus, but she doesn't know what version. Her laptop is Dell Inspiration. And her webcam is built in, she only got this laptop for christmas and she thinks its one of the new Dell laptops.
Do you know what might be the problem? and as shes not a computer whizz can you kinda narrow it down to something not hard for her to understand Thanks xx
Right, she doesn't know about the first one,
No she hasn't for the second one,
Yes she has for the third one,
and yes it does for the last one. :/ is there a solution

Tell her to get the latest Windows Live Messenger using the link I gave you and to uninstall Messenger Plus! Live (for the time being)
Also get her to update the webcam drivers from the Dell website
