Dodgy White Square

I just changed my desktop, and the icons got like this(i mean the part of the icon name is not transparent..and it was before

)..(OMG THIS IS SO NOOBISH

)..how can i change iy to transparent?

for all the portuguese users who are making fun of a image file named "Carla Sofia" :lol:

it is a CD of some of my music and i named it randomly..
