O.P. Software not loaded message
I got an update notice and after I did the update, I lost all my sounds for Plus. I can't even find the sound library. So, now I can't send or receive any sounds. I have deleted and re-downloaded Plus at least 4 times and each time, I can see the word Plus on the top of the main Windows Live box, but it does not show in the individual windows and there is NO sound option other than to record my own. When I click on Plus, there is a box there that says Software Not Loaded. If I click on the link there, it brings me to a help page....but so far, I can't find any help that works. I have also deleting the entire Messenger program and re-loaded that! Any ideas???
I am running Windows Vista and Windows Live Messenger 2011.
