O.P. Plugin Install Maker - new beta

Here is a new version of the Plugin Install Maker by DJMystic.. I'm posting it myself as he is currently banned. If you'Re a plugin developer, you should give it a try (it will work fine with any C++, Delphi or VB plugin)

If you find bugs, please report to him at djmystic@hardijzer.mine.nu
