1)
online, offline, etc....
I could make it 'is offline', etc... But then tyou would get two different kind of sentences:
contactpersoon -> 'is offline'
contactpersoon -> 'naam is gewijzigd in: blablabla"
this is more logical (imo):
contactpersoon -> 'offline'
contactpersoon -> 'naam is gewijzigd in: blablabla"
Do take in mind that there is a column 'contactpersoon' before 'gebeurtenis'.... It is the combined view you should consider.
(if you only would see 'online', then I agree, you know nothing then)
2) Capitals
"Baas Bescherming", "Messenger", "Persoonlijke status" are names...
You could make it "persoonlijke status" though, but not "baas bescherming" en "messenger"...
