No, they don't... Plus is an entirly different program. Messenger PowerPlus' features are the moving avatar system, nothing more. Besides it isn't even free...

It is possible... but personaly, I hope Patchou will never implement this. First, it can be debated if it is an usefull feature, but more important this involves a lot of changes, which will be very very bloated. Besides, if I read here and there (msnfanatic, comments on newssites, ...), the animated display pictures aren't as welcome as we all think. And then I'm talking about true animated display pictures. The deluxe avatar system from PowerPlus is even more annoying. Sure it's nice to have it, but soon enough they'll be very annoying to look at, etc. More and more users are complaining that MSN Messenger is getting too bloated, so...
