O.P. Emoinstaller Emoticons Don't Work

I install a Emoinstaller pakage, but after i restart MSN messenger every time i try to use em the folowing error is displayed. "your emticons can not be used. Please create new ones"

What the hell is happening?

Thanks for any help, even if it dosent work
