What is the risk? Less sex and violence/profanity on TV? Fine with me... there's more than enough of it already. If I want to see sex, I have my internet connection, and if I want to see violence/profanity, I can rent a movie.
I doubt TV will be any less entertaining or interesting if the FCC enforces rules more strongly...
