I agree with the design thing, but the number should be omitted (only say wether Team Leader, Translator, Corrector or Tester)

I obviously agree with nus (we're the same team and it's getting more and more difficult to fit text into those small buttons, f.i.)

Well, there's not much to do, despite of having the font shrunk to fit the space in some places.

Edit: maybe design a little "sticker" to put below the user-group-stars with our Translator group/function (That'd be a nice gift )
