Yes, I live in Buenos Aires (GMT -0300) and it was released at 4.00 am instead of 5 as I expected.
It's the Daylight Saving Time. Patchou assumed that GMT did also change with the PST change some weeks ago. But it doesn't, GMT stays as it is. Instead, all timezones change their number, for example, Center Europe (GMT +0100) is with the DST GMT +0200.
Patchou prolly wrongly assumed that the time zone difference kept the same and realeased it one hour before than expected.
Anyway, if I had worked so much, I'm sure I would make worse mistakes.
