Well, obviously your user who used that word is violating the respect portion of your rules and you guys are supposed to enforce them strictly.  Anyways, our ToS doesn't discourage or anger anyone, as it expresses that we are a civilized, MSN programming-based community who will protect our user's rights, privacy, and beliefs; so they can enjoy a place where they won't feel scared to come...
