, personaly I like it far better if every update (of 1 language) is kept in the same thread. Catching up on one thread (to know if there are updates) and downloading the latest attachment is way easier and faster then looking/reading in every possible thread about that language and comparing all the different attachments of every thread... if you know what I mean...
All the submissions of languagefiles I have seen has always had their own thread - a thread without any comments - just the file and if it is updated it is only because of the languagefile is
