The ink redistributables are included in the zip file from mess.be... They always have, they always will be...

Concearning the handwriting zip on www.msgplus.net, at the time of that post they were included also, it is only recently that they were taken out.

So either redownload the handwriting plugin from mess.be or use the link that Tochjo provided to get the redistributables themselfs...
