It seems that only one directory named in Chinese was made automatically by Plus!, and that is "十一月(November) 2003." (Though I made new directories manually after the feature fails, the dates in the logs clearly indicate the nature of those directories.) However, this function worked perfectly when directories were named in English.
I believe I set those preferences after signing in and don't remember ever changing those settings.
Am I the only one having this problem? No similar posts are found here.
