i think that the other person doesn't matter if you're recording him/her
I asked 5 people off my msn if they would like to be recorded on a webcam, and it was 5/5 no.
Suggestion : If this were ever made, i think it would be a good idea to have a confermation box that says "[contact] has invited you to start recording your webcam "decline" or "accept"
