To acces the Reverse List in MSN Messenger, go to
"Tools > Options > Privacy > View"
There you will see a huge list of all the persons who have added you. The contact will be in that list. If you rightclick a contact, you'll have an option to add them to your list. This option will be grayed out if the person is already in your list...
Another way of controling your lists is to use a listcleaner. Here is a list of some good ones:
