You don't even eat with your family, you don't go out with your friends? ... that's really sad, I'm afraid to say...
I don't think that is somehing to be proud of.
I also sit many hours in front of the PC (today 12h), but I still plan my time to eat with my family, meet friends, do my homework whatsoever outside the comp. You ARE addicted if what you say is true.
