Hi, im getting a new pc soon and i need your advice on what pc make to go for.
As my dad is going to be parting with the cash, he has certain criteria:

[*]Must be a by a reputable make
[*]Must be Windows ("Im not learning any more interfaces", which is fair enough, since his work has taken on some dodgy java desktop thing)
[*]Must be quiet

And I want a decent pc thats fast and is good value for money.
I dont want Alienware as id rather not pay over the odds for some "1337" looking case and a free T-Shirt.
