Are you sure you're clicking the right thing? Its a common mistake, and just choose the second option "I refuse, dont give my support and just install Messenger Plus!" (or something like that) I helped someone with that problem before...i think. Just remember to choose the second option
and to read the installer
Thats the only reason i could think of why you cant get rid of it. unless its something else...
