Hm, yes, what I thought: an Araneus Diadematus (Garden cross-spider) But it's slightly larger than reported to be (maximal female size is 18mm. and this one is like 21mm. Pregnant, for sure, but still too big.
And the shape of the abdomen made me doubt, since diadematus are rounder. In this it's more similar to quadratus. Who knows...
Anyway, very very rare around here.
