It asks what Windows Installation you want to log into. Press the button Corresponding to C:\Windows
type your admin password
then at the prompt you should be able to type fixboot and it should repair the boot.ini for all windows installs.
I did that several times. I did fixboot and fixmbr.
If that didn't work then in safe mode start > run > msconfig > boot.ini tab > check all boot paths.
it will return a good or bad and it should fix the bad.
