Because I start MSN Messenger under another user account with fever rights (no admin rights). In that way it's not possible to open/install programs i receive from msn messenger. It's not for me but more for my dad he srews everything up all the time
What my program does is (for example) : BrowseSafe.exe "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr_org.exe".
