Are you sure you don't mean that your emoticons are still showing in the actual MSN Messenger emoticon areas?
Cuz the people mentioning custom emoticons not showing, including me, are saying that they just don't show up in Messenger Plus's Quick Emoticon box, just defaualt MSN emoticons do, but all emoticons do show in MSN Messenger's emoticon selection windows.
