its not a problem its how it works....
laptops usually run that way and so do low end computers. if you ever hear someone saying 64 mb video card or 256 mb video card its because it has that much ram dedicated to it purely for video. generally the higher the ram value the better the performance, but a higher ram on a lower end GPU (graphics processing unit) can still be worse than a lower ram value on a top end card (at the time of writing a high end card would be an ati radion 9800 or a nvidia 5900
problem = what we don't want... if she gets a higher rate computer... i.e. Dell Dimension, we'll have solved the problem
