Er... why do decimals have a zero in front of them? Nowhere in Windows have I seen it written as 5.01.2600, so why do you assume there is a zero that is just hidden?
So is it actually written as 5.01.02600 then? If decimals have a zero in front of them as you say, then surely that should be the case?
