It's Norton Internet Security™ 2005 AntiSpyware Edition...
And I saw it in the news section of tweakers.net and a lot of people don't like it. It's not free and it takes loooooooots of resources (as Norton usually does
).
Just use
Microsoft AntiSpyware or if you want to be really secure, try
Hitman Pro. It's in Dutch, but I think an English version will be released soon. Hitman Pro combines the engines of multiple programs to create one powerful spyware cleaner. Current engines:
