I was courious about this build so i checked out the leak
(now mentioned on mess.be when i just visited it) its installer is offical like the proper builds and i canceled installation. I conclude 7.0.0813 is real but is unlike the prank the fake 7.0.0814 build earlier this month that version did not have a not normal installation compared to the normal microsoft practices. You would need to wait till 7.0.0813 comes out as its not released offically by microsoft although mess.be now claiming its leaked.
