The commands for text in the conversation are:

Ctrl+R: Panel Shortcut

Ctrl+K: Opens Colour panel
Ctrl+B: Bold text
Ctrl+U: Underline text
Ctrl+T: Italic text
Ctrl+O: Ends all formats that have been applied in the line
