Like Maniac said, it’s being made by Microsoft. It will for sure be monitored 100% and anyone who put illegal file on it will suffer the consequences. I think this is something Microsoft should stay away from since so many of there programs are pirated on other P2P networks.

I can't see any good coming out of this.
