It is always the same! Compression is not a game of chance! When you compress a file and you later compress the original file again with the same settings, it will be exactly the same, bit by bit. Compressing is pure maths, there is no "lucky" factor in it...
Yeap if you want to achieve better results you must adjust Winarar settings (by setting it to make
BEST compression, it will take a bit longer but there will be a small % gain... depending on the format of your files everytime..
You should try overburning i suggested above though....
