O.P. Command Prompt
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an assosication in the Folder Options control panel.

I get that when i try to open my command promt :S

now ALL my exe files are saying that message :S

Fixed: Attachment included

Mods i have left this posted incase others experience the same problem.
