O.P. Tabbed Convos - on new conversations

When Person A starts a conversation, it opens a window that blinks in taskbar...

when person B, C, D... opens a conversation... it's person A that is still blinking...

it will be good to see... "x New Messages (x stands for 2..3..)" or the last person that start a conversation...
