In a quick review, i didn't found any oversized translations.
As i can't read the text, i looked for technical mistakes and i found some, namely:

UninstPlusLabel=.....odstranìny.  Pokud ...."
- double space before "pokud". should be "..odstranìny. Pokud..."

Text1=Vyberte jméno, jazyk a kategorii zvuku , který chcete pøidat do knihovny.
- check the space before the comma, it should be "zvuku,"


OnlineCheck=&Zapnout oznámení „kontakt se pøihlásil“ programu Plus!
- i don't know if the two commas ",," are supposed to be there.


You must take care that & tags should not be repeated within the same window, so these are the ones i found on the preferences menu:

On [IMWindowMenu] there are loads of repetitions, specialy with the "z" letter. you should check that out carefuly

Finally, on [PrefDlg.CmdTags] there's a & tag missing:
