M73A: as often as possible really; the mods work very hard but you should see the amount of lame submissions they have - duplicates, stupidity, inanity, insults even. It's updated when a mod finds a good enough quote to approve but bash has become such a phenomenon that its inundated with submissions. The mod I know best has approved like 400 out of the 50000 quotes he's gone through or some other such ridiculously low percentage.
