impossible... and not only with soundcards but also impossible in every other audio equipment. The electronics are made that it is a line-in, you can't turn that around to a line-out if it wasn't forseen electronically like that.
PS: some trivia: A microphone is in essence a speaker turned inside out though (and vice versa). In a speaker, electrical signals are converted to motion of the membrane wich makes air moving which makes sound. In a microphone the reverse happens, moving air moves the membrane and this is converted into electrical signals. In other words you can use a microphone as a speaker (not much loud and big quality though ) But do not try this with an expensive microphone as you could damage the microphone; if you want to try this, do it with a cheap one...
