Yeah. First I phoned Broadband Technical Support, told them I had tried everything to get it working, then after all that, he said "oh, your account has been suspended" and put me through to Customer Services, then they told me why it was suspended.
Ended up getting my grandad to phone up and have a moan for them to connect it again.
Ah well, all is fine now
