Or if you want to save every sent ink message, you can try

Auto Save Handwriting

It seems there was a thread about it here but it no longer exists.

Or to create ink messages for later sending:  New tool: Ink Creator
SoundPacks   -   Scripts   -   Skins

that's not a bug, thats an unexpected feature
