Try these then

Service Type 1: HTTP (You can try secure but it might not work. I doubt anybody's eavesdropping on GPRS anyway.)
Gateway IP 1: 216.155.175.188
Port 1: 8080
Domain 1: internet2.voicestream.com (leave blank and see if it works first, I'm unsure of this)
DNS 1: 216.155.175.105
DNS 2: 216.155.175.106
GPRS APN: internet2.voicestream.com
