O.P. Messenger Plus is gone when computer is turned back on....

[font=Verdana] Since I downloaded Messenger Plus, my computer will just shut down any old time, or else the mouse freezes up. Then after I have shut down and rebooted, my Messenger Plus is always gone, and I need to go the site to download it again. It is very frustrating

to say the least!! I have changed the Automatic Recovery system to Alternate Mode....still happens, tried default mode-forced....still happens. What to do????
