Yeah doesnt work for me either...same problem

Windows XP Pro
SP2 Installed
WLM 8.0 Build 787
I dont have any other messenger clients or addons installed
Im using WindowBlinds for skinning
i dont have a firewall / anti virus installed so nothing is blocking it

I also noticed, there is no actual executable now, its all dll based

I didnt notice any startup entry anywhere for MPL..?

how does MPL run at startup?
